According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1:29 p.m., 1000 block Virginia Ave., “RP reports two people that have been trespassed are on the property.” Fifty-five year old John M. Kauffman, North Bend, cited in lieu of custody for Criminal Trespass II. Thirty-four year old Sarah R. Benson, North Bend, charged with Criminal Trespass II and Disorderly Conduct. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2:20 a.m., CBPD served NBPD warrant on 41-year old John Bracken, Coos Bay, for Unlawful Delivery of Meth, Unlawful Possession of Meth and two-counts of Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
