According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Dec. 12, 9:13 p.m., 2000 block Inland Dr., “domestic in progress at location; however, RP is locked outside.” Forty-five year old Kevin W. Zumwalt, North Bend, charged with Assault IV Domestic Felony. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Narcotics Investigation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for early Saturday, Dec. 14, 3:24 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Casino Security out with subject in the disabled parking lot. Subject is reporting that another male subject attempted to sell him narcotics. Officers responded, report taken.” Twenty-three year old Jon Gerard, Coos Bay, will be referred for PCS Schedule II and was warned for PCS less than an Oz. Marijuana. “Also permanently trespassed from Casino property.”
Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for early Saturday morning, Dec. 14, 2:47 a.m., Newmark & Cedar, 38-year old Timothy J. Decker, Coos Bay, charged with Probation Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Suspicious vehicle
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Dec. 13, 11:54 p.m., Ferry Road, “officer contacting vehicle at the end of Ferry Road. Warned for Criminal Trespass II, Curfew Violation, and Public Indecency. Subjects will be leaving the area.” Sixteen year old male and 18-year old female involved.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Friday, Dec. 13, 10:06 p.m., 1600 block Virginia, “RP reports vehicle was entered while at the movie theater. Stereo and possible bag of puzzles were taken. Door window on driver side was damaged. Officer responded, report taken for UEMV, Theft-2.”
