According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Sunday, Dec. 21, 1:38 a.m., 1300 block Virginia Ave., “officer out with suspicious vehicle at location,” 60-year old Richy Ferriera, Coos Bay, arrested on CCSO warrant charging Unlawful Possession Meth. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Criminal Trespass
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Dec. 22, 2:16 a.m., 2500 block Broadway, “RP reported subject was near her residence and was headed towards their vehicle. RP advised the subject has stolen from her before. Officers contacted subject.” Twenty-year old Brian Stuart, North Bend, taken into custody on charges of Criminal Trespass II and Theft of Lost of Mislaid Property. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
