According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, July 18, 8:24 p.m., Virginia & Grant, “RP advised while she was out for a walk someone in a silver PU drove by and threw an egg at her, and hit her. Officers advised, will attempt to locate. CBPD also advised. CBPD advised they have had complaints of a brown Mitsubishi PU doing same in their city tonight.” Entry on the CBPD log for July 18, 8:19 p.m., Wall St., “son was just egged by subjects in a passing vehicle.” At 7:59 p.m., Newmark & OBradis, “subjects throwing eggs from vehicle at pedestrians.”
