According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, July 23, 1:36 p.m., 2100 block Maine St., “dispute at location,” 45-year old Arthur Gene Wahl Jr. arrested on CCSO warrant charging Rape I, Sex Abuse I and Sex Abuse. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
