According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, March 18, 12:09 p.m., 2100 block Broadway Ave., “Tom Lock & Key reported a suspicious male subject who came into his business threatening employee then left. Officers located the subject outside Safeway.” Fifty-six year old Tony Eugene Richards, Coos Bay, served Salem PD warrant charging Failure to Appear on original charge of DWS. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
