Assault
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, March 24, 7:06 p.m., 1500 block Sherman Ave., Ashworth’s, “employee reported assault occurred inside the store. Victim still on scene. Subject went outside, unknown if still in area or not.” Twenty-three year old Cody Dew, Coos Bay, taken into custody on charges of Assault IV and Menacing. Also warned for PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
