According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Nov. 12, 3:26 p.m., 3400 block Ash St., “attempt warrant at location.” Thirty-two year old Chase A. Tolliver, North Bend, charged with Animal Neglect I and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
