Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Nov. 23, 4:43 p.m., 2200 block Newmark St., “4 vehicle unknown injury accident, officers respond with NB Medical.” Driver 2, identified as 43-year old Michael Anthony Bly, Bend, cited for DWS Violation and Driving Uninsured, “referred to the DA for False Info,” NBPD served Deschutes Co. Work Center warrant charging Probation Violation on original charge of Strangulation, transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Nov. 23, 5:23 p.m., 1800 block Sherman Ave., “NB Library reported male transient intoxicated and DOC on the north side of the Library, request officer contact him to leave. Officer responded/advised male was intoxicated. Subject was given a blanket and told to move along.” Fifty-five year old male “Involved/Contacted.”
