According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Oct. 5, 1:33 p.m., 1735 Virginia Ave., Safeway, “vehicle vs. pedestrian in front of Safeway in the parking lot.” Eighty-two year old male from North Bend warned for Failure to Yield to a Pedestrian, other involved was an 87-year old male from Coos Bay, “report taken.”

Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Oct. 6, 1:38 a.m., “CBPD served our 6 valid warrants,” on 40-year old Scott Denardo charging PCS Meth; PCS Meth and Theft III; Theft III and Felon in Possession of Restricted Weapon; Failure to Appear in Second Degree; Theft III; Failure to Appear in the First Degree.

Intoxicated
Various entries on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Oct. 5, involving drinking/intoxicated. 8:16 p.m., Sherman Ave., “RP reported intoxicated male subject pushing bicycle N/B on Sherman. Attempting to get on bike and fell almost into traffic. Officer responded/contacted subject who advised he had been drinking. He advised he is pushing bike the rest of the way home.” 11:09 p.m., Taco Bell, 1600 block Virginia Ave., “officer contacted female that was crying, refused to talk to officer. Officer contacted subject at Taco Bell, advised subject is former employee and is intoxicated, subject tried to climb thru window but was told to leave.” Twenty-three year old female “Involved/Contacted.” 12:16 a.m., Oct. 6, Humboldt Club, Sherman Ave., “officer out with 2 intoxicated subjects at location that are being loud and yelling. Casual contact, subjects advised not to be so loud.”
