Criminal Mischief
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Sept. 10, 6:12 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, “Mill Security reported subject was throwing things around a location but has left, didn’t want to press charges just wanted us to ID the subject. Security recalled and advised that they do need officer to respond to make Criminal Mischief report.” Twenty-five year old Kekoa Domen, Coos Bay, cited and released for Criminal Mischief III. “Subject permanently trespassed from the Mill Casino.”
Warrant
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Sept. 10, 5:54 p.m., Sherman & Florida avenues, “officer possibly located wanted subject, subject on foot southbound from the area.” Thirty-four year old Aaron Allison, North Bend, arrested on CBPD warrant charging Probation Violation on original charge of PCS Heroin. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
Disorderly
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Sept. 10, 7:11 p.m., 16th & Myrtle streets, “dispute in the area,” 24-year old Matthew T. Garner warned for Disorderly Conduct, and 20-year old Brianna Huntley taken into custody on a Police Officers Hold. Will be referred to DA’s Office for two-counts of Menacing and two-counts of Unlawful Use of Weapon (knife).
