Probation Violation
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 16, 11:42 a.m., 1900 block McPherson Ave., “P&P requested officers stand by in case they need assistance with a client.” Twenty-six year old Victoria Hill, North Bend, taken into custody on Probation Violation charge and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
PCS at Casino
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Sept. 17, 1:39 a.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., Mill Casino, “mill security request officer respond for subject at location.” Nineteen year old Samantha Gilbert, Coos Bay, taken into custody on charges of PCS Meth, Identity Theft, two-counts of Misrepresentation of Age by Minor, False Info to Police and Probation Violation. Also, 23-year old Kimberly Upchurch, Coos Bay, referred to the DA’s Office for Allowing Misrepresentation of Age by Minor. Upchurch also permanently trespassed from Casino. Gilbert transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
