According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 22, 9:43 a.m., Sherman & Virginia avenues. “RP reported male subject threw cigarette butt on sidewalk. She wants to sign citation. RP advised officer she wants to sign a citation. Officer and RP looked for suspect. No suspect could be located.”
