According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Tuesday, Sept. 1, 4:24 p.m., 3201 Tremont Ave., “Mill Security reported male subject was observed using PCS. Officer contacted a male and female in the parking lot,” 58-year old Joseph Scott Felker, Coos Bay, referred to DA for PCS Meth, Permanently trespassed from the Mill Casino. “Female involved instructed to contact P&P in the morning, 1 year trespass from the Mill Casino.”
