Best time of year for bay crabbing – August through November are the best months of the year for bay crabbing, and biologists report crabbing is good in most Oregon bays and estuaries. This past weekend, anglers at Buoy 10 averaged 6.2 coho per boat. And if you’ve never like the crowds associated with Buoy 10, there are half the number of boats on the water as there were before Labor Day.
