Lexi Petersen’s game-winning three left her hand just a split second too late and the Ducks’ 2014-15 season ended with a 66-64 loss Thursday to Washington State in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament. The Ducks end the season with a 13-17 record. Oregon’s three meetings with WSU this season were decided by a combined six points.
