The Pac-12 Conference announced the All-Pac-12 teams on Tuesday, and University of Oregon seniors Bri Pugh and Abby Steele were both named honorable mention All-Pac-12 while redshirt freshman Caitlyn Wong was named to the Pac-12 All-Freshman team. The three All-Pac-12 honors are the most in one season for the Ducks in school history.

Oregon begins its quest for the NCAA Championships at the NCAA West Regional Friday morning at Stanford Golf Course. The women’s 6,000 meter race begins the day at 11 a.m., while the men, who move up to 10,000 meters for the first time this fall, start at 12 p.m. The top two men’s and women’s teams from the West Regional earn automatic bids to the NCAA Championships Nov. 22 in Terre Haute, Ind., while a number of at-large bids will also be up for grabs. The Duck men lead the West Region teams with a No. 2 national ranking, while No. 8 Portland, No. 9 Stanford, No. 11 Washington, and No. 17 UCLA also look to claim an automatic bid. With solid finishes on Friday, all five of those teams could advance to the NCAA Championships. The third-ranked Duck women come into the competition on a high note, having won the Pac-12 Championship two weeks ago. Oregon is one of six ranked teams in the West Region; others are No. 10 Stanford, No. 15 Washington, No. 24 Arizona State, No. 25 Boise State and No. 27 UCLA. Like the men, all six of those teams could advance to Terre Haute with a high finish on Friday.
Traffic Flow Improvements for OSU fb
Oregon State University, the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the City of Corvallis will roll out an adjusted traffic management plan for the Nov. 15 Beavers vs. Arizona State football game. The planning was initiated by the OSU Department of Athletics to improve traffic flow immediately after each home Beaver football game. The plan follows a three-month comprehensive review and seeks to address post-game traffic delays around Reser Stadium with improved access to state highways leaving Corvallis. Specific roadways include- Philomath Highway, the bypass bridge over the Willamette River, and signalized intersections along Highway 34 and Highway 99 West. Several facets of the new plan include directing fans/travelers onto two eastbound lanes heading across the Willamette River via the Highway 34 bypass and improved signal operations along Highway 99W, Highway 20 and Highway 34 at numerous intersections in and around Corvallis.
