In a tight contest which featured six ties, 12 lead changes and an advantage for either team not greater than six, UCLA was able to hold on as the Oregon State women’s basketball team dropped a 66-63 decision to the host Bruins at Pauley Pavilion on Monday afternoon. A missed Luiana Livulo free throw with eight seconds left gave the Beavers (10-8, 2-4) a chance, but Sydney Wiese’s three-point shot at the buzzer from in front of OSU’s bench was off its mark.
