North Bend’s Jacob Naftzger placed second at the OSAA Solo State Championships April 28th at Pacific University in Forest Grove. Marshfield’s Emily Kruse was fourth in the High Saxophone competition, while North Bend’s Jared Bower Solomon took fifth in Bass Voice.
