A 2.6-magnitude earthquake shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California Friday, Dec. 2. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located north northwest of Redway, CA, close to where the junction is for two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast.
