A 3.1-magnitude earthquake shook an area in the Pacific Ocean just north of Cape Mendocino in Northern California Saturday, Sept. 20, 1:33 p.m. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located nine-miles northwest of Eureka, CA.
