Both ends of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast were shaking Wednesday. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 4.9-magnitude quake was recorded at 12:22 p.m., 94-miles south to southwest of Port Hardy, Canada, and a 2.7-magnitude quake was recorded at 7:53 a.m., 24-miles south to southwest of Eureka, CA.
