The outer fault line of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast was rocked Thursday, Sept. 5, by three earthquakes. It is the same area where a 6.3-magnitude occurred recently. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the three quakes were all located west to northwest of Bandon, off the South Oregon Coast. They measured 4.0, 5.9 & 3.7. All were at a depth of 10.0 kilometers.
