A couple of motorists delays on Thursday, Dec. 27. According to ODOT: SW Oregon: U.S. 101, MP 307- Humbug Mountain corridor: Highway was blocked by a large tree that fell across the highway. ODOT crew responded to the scene to remove the tree estimated at 6 feet in diameter, 60 feet tall. Also, I-5 MP 108 – Myrtle Creek curves: Northbound slow lane and off-ramp was closed after a box truck hit a barrier. Both situations created delays and congestion, but were reopened.
