Roseburg, Ore. – A search is underway for a missing Eugene man who has been missing since Saturday, September 7th. Roscoe Casita, age 37, was reported missing to the Eugene Police Department on Saturday September 7th by family members. On Monday, September 9th, Casita’s vehicle, a 2017 blue Subaru Outback, was located by family members at Timpanogas Lake where he has been known to camp in the past.  Douglas County Search and Rescue members are currently searching the area around Timpanogas Lake for Casita.  Timpanogas Lake is in the north east corner of Douglas County about 93 miles northeast of Roseburg and 94 miles southeast of Eugene. Casita is a white male, 5’10”, 220 lbs with black hair and blue eyes.  He was last seen wearing a white shirt and black shorts.
