Defending Super Bowl champion Seattle lost its preseason opener at Denver 21-16 Thursday night in an NFL exhibition game. The game was delayed by 45-minutes in the first quarter because of lightning strikes. Seattle next hosts San Diego on Aug. 15 at CenturyLink Field.
