The Coos Community Health Assessment (CHA) Committee is a collaborative group of organizations including hospitals, clinics, public health, coordinated care organizations and community nonprofits. The committee has been working for several months to create the 2018 CHA. The committee is seeking input from you including: what you like about the CHA document, what additional data you wish was shared, and what next steps the committee should take to improve the health of our community.
