News release SCINT. Narrative: In October of 2015 SCINT Detectives obtained a search warrant for the North Bend residence of the then 35 year old Kelly Alleen Jones based on information Kelly Jones was delivering methamphetamine from her residence and vehicle. On October 22nd 2015, SCINT Detectives assisted by North Bend Police Department, the Coquille Tribal Police and the Coquille Tribal Police Drug Detection Canine Stormy executed a search warrant at Kelly Jones residence. Detectives seized scales, packaging materials, drug transaction records, more than $3,000.00 cash and about a quarter pound of methamphetamine from the residence. During the course of the investigation it was determined Kelly Jones’ seven and sixteen year old children resided with her and had been present during her drug dealing activities. On May 2nd 2016, Kelly Jones pled guilty to Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine and two counts of 1st Degree Child Neglect. Kelly Jones was sentenced to sixty-five months in prison for crimes.
