On January 3, 2018, Detectives from the Oregon State Police Criminal Investigations Division, Roseburg office, completed a lengthy criminal investigation yesterday arresting and lodging 37 year old Sean Michael HANDLERY. HANDLERY, who is from the Roseburg area, was lodged in the Douglas County Jail on multiple sex crimes to include Rape III, Sodomy III, Sexual Abuse III, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Sexual Misconduct and Luring a Minor.
