South Slough: Stamped Bracelet Workshop, Saturday, July 28, 12:00 pm, South Slough National Estuary Interpretive Center, Charleston. Attend a workshop led by local salvage artist Joni Bour and create your own stamped bracelet. You will learn about salvaging and repurposing copper, basic metal stamping and wire wrapping glass or stone beads to create your own unique bracelet. Some knowledge of wire wrapping, or use of basic tools is helpful but not required. All supplies and tools are included, but participants MUST bring their own protective eyewear and encouraged to bring special beads/gemstones. [Max.-12] ($28/person).
