The South team came up short in the championship game of the OACA All Star Basketball Series this past weekend. In the championship game of the North-South 4A/3A/2A/1A game Saturday at Wilsonville HS, the North ran past the South 116-83. Bandon’s Ken Nice was one of the coaches for the South. His players, Austin Moore and Zane Olive scored 23 & 11 in the game. Six players scored in double figures for the North. The West team downed the East to take third place, 116-71. Metro beat State 132-122 in the 5A/6A final.
