News release from the City of Coos Bay. Temporary Road Closures – “Ocean Boulevard Water Main Replacement Project”. There will be a temporary road closure on a portion of Woodland Drive between Ocean Court and Myrtle Avenue on the following days: • Thursday, October 2nd from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon; • Monday, October 6th from 7:00 pm through Tuesday, October 7th at 7:00 am (night work); • Tuesday, October 7th from 7:00 pm through Wednesday, October 8th at 12:00 noon (night work). Continuous traffic flow will be maintained on Ocean Boulevard during this work period. Motorists should use caution and reduce speeds through the construction area.
