Southwestern Oregon lost to Clackamas 3-0 (25-11, 25-14, 25-10) Friday night in Oregon City. The Lakers rebounded with a 3-1 (17-25, 25-12, 25-23, 25-23) win at Mt. Hood in Gresham Saturday. SWOCC (2-5, 15-10) plays at New Hope Christian in Eugene Wednesday, Oct. 29. Clackamas downed Southwestern in women’s soccer on Friday in Oregon City. The Lakers (1-13-2, 2-15-2) next host Lane CC on Saturday, Nov. 1. SWOCC’s men & women both finished fifth at the NWAC Southern Region Cross Country Championships Saturday at Clackamas CC in Oregon City. Mason Smith finished 30th (30:01) on the 8K course to lead the Laker men, and Carleen Fall led SWOCC’s women with a 21st place finish in 21:15 over the 5K course.
