Southwestern Oregon’s volleyball team got a split Saturday at the Centralia Crossover in Washington state. The Lakers fell to Big Bend 3-1, but came back an avenged an earlier loss to Rogue 3-1. On Sunday, the Lakers beat Centralia 3-0, but lost to Columbia Basin 3-0. SWOCC (0-1, 12-6) hosts Clark College on Friday, 6:30 p.m., and Mt. Hood on Saturday, 2 p.m. Southwestern Oregon’s womens soccer team fell 3-0 Saturday at Rogue in Grants Pass. The Lakers (0-2-0, 0-4-0) play at Lane in Eugene on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2 p.m.
