City of Coos Bay news release. The City will be closing one lane of Koosbay Blvd from Nutwood Avenue to North 10th Street on December 7, 2017. The purpose of the one lane road closure is to allow street maintenance crews access to perform roadside vegetation maintenance and storm drain maintenance. Both travel lanes will reopen by 3:30 pm on December 7, 2017. The City appreciates the community support while this work is underway. Thank you!
