An estimated 200 people had to be evacuated from the Pony Village Cinema’s Saturday afternoon, Oct. 6, after a fire broke out within a wall near the ticket booth entrance shortly after 5 p.m. Twelve firefighters from NBFD responded within two-minutes of the call. The fire caused an estimated $5,000 in damage to the structure.
