CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine at Oregon State University will host Veterinary Discovery Day on July 12 for high school students going into their junior or senior year in fall 2019. Students will spend the day learning about their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree program, how to prepare to apply to veterinary school in the future, and participating in fun hands-on activities. Registration is now open and space is limited. The cost is $50, which is due at the time of registration. The event goes from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and includes a tour, lunch with student ambassadors and several breakout sessions.
