Coos Bay Public Library will be hosting a FREE Volunteer fair on Saturday, February 25th, from 1:00-4:00pm in the Coos Bay Library’s Myrtlewood Room. Volunteering within the community has many benefits such as meeting new people, learning new skills and improving your resume, all while helping others. This volunteer fair will be an excellent opportunity to make connections with local organizations looking for volunteers. Anyone who is looking to become more involved in the community or looking for an opportunity to learn new skills is encouraged to attend. This is a FREE event for both the organizations and the potential volunteers. This Volunteer Fair is made possible by a partnership between Coos Bay Public Library and AmeriCorps.
