No. Barry Rd., CCSO release – On April 27, 2019 at approximately 4:20 am, a female subject living in the Bunker Hill area of Coos Bay called to report that her ex-boyfriend, 31 year old Randall K. Burns, was at her home knocking on her door. Burns had an active Restraining Order against him, prohibiting him from contacting the female caller. While a Deputy was responding, the caller told Dispatch he was sitting outside in his vehicle and provided a vehicle description. The Deputy, who was not yet in the area, requested assistance from the Coos Bay Police Department in an attempt to locate Burns before he left the area. Coos Bay Police located Burns with his vehicle in the parking lot of the Mill Casino. The Deputy contacted the victim and confirmed that a Restraining Order Violation had occurred. The Deputy responded to the Mill Casino and contacted Burns who had been detained by Coos Bay Police. Burns was arrested and transported to the Coos County Jail without further incident.
