Report from MHS middle school cross country coach Steve Delgado. Pirate harriers on their state race this past weekend. Kaylee Delzotti (7th – Millicoma) Finished 7th overall; Jeremy Roe (8th – MHS) Finished 1st as State Champion; Joining Jeremy as a top 25 finisher was Zach Holt (6th- Millicoma) in 11th; Gabe Delgado (8th – MHS) in 15th, and Aiden Leahy-Crooks (8th – MHS) in 17th. Cameron Nye (8th – MHS) rounded out the Pirate top 5 scorers with Kyran Erwin (7th – Millicoma) and Kamren Chard (8th- MHS) finishing 6th and 7th on the team. The Pirate Boys earned a team score worthy of first place and are State Champions in the Champs division.
