Over the past year, the Oregon State Police has investigated four separate fire events at the Community Bible Church. The church in located at 113 Caves Avenue in Cave Junction, Josephine County. The four fires occurred on or about January 15, 2016; January 30, 2016; March 13, 2016; and April 23, 2016. All four fires were determined to be intentionally set. The Oregon State Police is requesting the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in these fires. The subject seen is between 5 and 6 feet tall, about 190-200 pounds and is wearing a dark jacket, gray sweatshirt, jeans and black shoes with a boonie style hat. He was seen wearing a dark colored draw string backpack.
