Central Coast investigators have released the name of the woman whose body was found on a beach at Newport last Saturday. An autopsy conducted Monday on 37-year ld Anne Stifter of Seattle showed no signs of trauma. Toxicology results are still pending. Her body was discovered at Agate Beach Wayside
