According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, April 11, 3:22 p.m., 40 E. Maple St., Lebanon PD, “located wanted subject,” 25-year old Donna Ashley Lyons arrested on CBPD warrant charging two-counts of Criminal Mischief II & Disorderly Conduct II. “Arrested by Lebanon PD.”
