News release from the Lincoln Co. Sheriff’s Office. On October 22, 2014 at about 8:00pm, a female reported she had injuries sustained in a possible assault that occurred at a residence in Burnt Woods, Oregon. Senior Deputy Barry Bruster investigated the report and determined the victim was assaulted by a spouse, Tony Prindel, age 27 of Logsden, Oregon. The assault, which occurred in the presence of Prindel’s two year old minor child, elevated the crime to a class C Felony charge. Prindel was contacted, taken into custody, then transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged for the crime of Assault IV (felony) with a bail of $50,000.00.
