News alert from ODOT: SW Oregon: A chip truck rollover is blocking both lanes of Oregon 138W, roughly six miles northwest of Sutherlin. ODOT advises motorists to use Oregon 38 to detour around the blockage. Crews expect clean-up work to require a lengthy closure. There is no ETA to reopen the highway but an update will be distributed once lanes are reopened.
