News release City of Coos Bay. City Hall is going through a computer system upgrade which impacts the phones also at City Hall. Phone system services were disrupted Monday, April 18, and some of the phone calls were not coming through. City staff anticipated the disruptions would be resolved by the end of the day; however, those who still have a problem in contacting City Hall, should use the Coos Bay website at www.coosbay.org for a list of department email addresses as an alternative contact method. “Thank you for your patience.”
