Littering
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, Dec. 11, 10:31 a.m., Coalbank Slough Bridge, “result of foot patrol,” 27-year old Michaellotti Lyons charged with Littering in a Waterway. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
