According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Tuesday, Dec. 24, 9:04 a.m., 700 So. Broadawy, Umpqua Bank, “suspicious subjects.” Thirty-year old Danny Thomas Dilts arrested on CCSO warrants charging Parole Violation and Failure to Appear on Possession of Heroin charge.
