Shoplifter
According to an entry on the Coos Bay Police log for Wednesday, Oct. 26, 11:15 a.m., 230 E. Johnson St., Safeway, “just watched shoplift occur,” 37-year old Randolph Dilts arrested on State P&P warrant charging Parole Violation and transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
