Baxter, “from traffic stop,” 51-year old Candie McKinley charged with PCS Meth, DCS Meth, PCS Heroin, Felon in Possession Restricted Weapon and cited for PCS Less than an Oz. Marijuana. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
